They do listen to what you say and appointments are easy to make with the self referral. Staff have a good attitude, I hope they carry on as they are I am very happy with them. I really cannot think of anything that needs to be improved.

They are efficient. Its clean and the environment is nice here, different to where I used to live. Parking is easy and conveinient. My family member helped me to do my on-line self referal and it took about 4 weeks which is ok for me. However they did lose my first appointment and we had to start again, this was during the pandemic.

I just used the self referal on-line system and it worked well, the appointment came through and its my first visit, so far so good.

I have been here a few times and have found them to be accommodating, getting appointments is positive including via telephone. I am seen quickly. During the appointment I feel the time is dedicated to me, they are good at listening and I do not feel rushed.
Physio is very thorough

If I am honest I would like to see more hands on physio here as I need both exercise and massage, so I do pay privately for hands on work somewhere else. I do find the physio to be very thorough here and always prompt, he also sent my exercises to me on email and have spoken with him on the phone. The physio himself could not be any better.

This is my first visit. I did the on-line self referral and it has been about 4 weeks from then until arriving here today, symptoms change the longer you wait so I had hoped that it would be a bit speedier than 4 weeks. But the on-line referral form was easy to complete.
Professional guidance

I am in quite a lot of pain with my condition, and I feel that the physiotherapist gives clear information and explaination and professional guidance and they have signposted me at the beginning as well. I also appreciated them showing me my X-rays which I had not seen before. I cannot think of any aspect of the service that needs to improve. The only thing I would say is that when I did needed to speak with them at the beginning it was a bit of a rigmarole and wasnt able to just speak directly I got 'sent round the houses' a bit, but that was all really.
