Centre is good here, great parking facilities. The physio's time keeping is good, they are friendly and approachable. The self refer system was easy to do.

Professional and polite, they have followed through to do what they said they would do, they were able to give me a clear diagnosis and even phoned me the next day as they knew I was concerned, I have a very caring physio. I was offered a cup of tea today as I had waited a little longer than normal to be seen. I am old school and prefer a paper letter for appointment rather than a text.

Brilliant service! Friendly, personal and I have made a miraculous recovery since my visits, they are so encouraging. Referral was made via the hospital last time but it was self referral this time, they phoned me and gave me a choice of location to be seen at. Check in screen could be a bit more obvious on arrival.

Facilities here are great, parking is brilliant, it takes away the hassle of trying to find a parking space and being late. A little more warning of what was to be expected of me within the appointment would have been helpful for the first visit. Being prepared beforehand helps me prepare mentally.The help and guidance has been helpful. The text reminder on my mobile was helpful.

I am impressed with the ease and pace of the self referral. The assessment was good and the treatment too, I like the plan and onward referral if needed, I was referred for an MRI scan at West Suffolk hospital having seen the spine and neck specialist. They are timely, not much waiting at all.

Getting an appointment with them was quick and easy and it was only a couple of weeks wait. They had already given me exercises to do and had a phone call for the assessment which was useful to me. No issues.

I have found access to the service to be straight forward, I was referred via my GP, I only had about a two week wait before an appointment came up. So far so good. Its a good building to come to here with easy parking.
