I am quite happy how it's all going for me here so far. The staff are friendly which always helps. The physio has given me good guidance. The parking is good here.

They are better than the doctor as they focus on the problem. Good easy appointment making, and exercises were given to me before my actual appointment. They have all my information so I dont have to keep repeating it. Lovely attitude of the physio and they also gave me a good onward referral last time. Easy parking.

I would like to see hands on physio, not just exercises, my experience is that exercise is not making a difference to me. The staff here are very kind and I have admiration for what they are doing. Making an appointment was very easy.

My appointment is booked at the end of each session, I like having the consistency of the same physio each time. Even though I am asked to do different exercises I have been disappointed that they have not made any difference and I have been coming since October 21. He's done all he can do and I think he has advised me well but he is referring me on now.

The chap I see is brilliant, he doesn't rush me and he lets me do it at my pace. He has a very caring approach. I couldn't wish for anything better, my doctor made me this appointment and they texted me with the appointment.
Exercises given not age appropriate

The exercises that I was given, I did not feel were appropriate for my age, I am a senior and getting on the floor is not a good idea. Otherwise the service has been fine, the physio has been pleasant and friendly.
Phone consultations not helpful

I have had three phone consultations over 16months, they gave me exercises to do between phone calls but I didnt feel the phone consultations were helpful to me, so far after the 16 months I went back to the GP and it was the GP that requested a face to face with the physio's.

The person I have seen has been good, nice attitude. The advice given has been helpful to me and they seem to have good knowledge. Also they got me in sooner than expected for an earlier appointment.

I was referred from the hospital, they gave me a selection of appointments. They gave me exercises and they have already started working wonders, I am so much improved. The physio is easy to be around they seem nice people. A good all round service so far.
