Never any problems when calling the surgery, the call backs from GPs are quick and other staff are friendly when chatting to them. You can have a balanced discussion with them and the support is good. I like to see the same doctor but equally happy to see someone else if they are not here. The dispensary staff are also good and I can get my meds when needed. I've not had many problems parking but it can be tight at times.
Amazing paramedic

The paramedic is amazing, she's really wonderful. The whole team has been very supportive over the past 2 years or so. After major surgery I did have an occasion when I phoned for a nurse to do a house visit but because my notes didn't say I was housebound I couldn't get one.
Preferred open surgery

I preferred the open surgery format as it felt there was more closeness with GPs knowing the family was better. Staff wise I'm very happy, its just the change in the system that I'm not sure about.
No problems at all

You do need to go through the triage system and it was a little easier when there was the open access but I can understand the reason for changing. I've seen the doctors occasionally but more often speak to them on the phone. Its generally quick to get to speak to someone, however, phone consultations can feel a little rushed and that they want you off the phone and I can come away thinking that I should've asked something else, but again I understand why it is necessary and feel that staff are under appreciated.

Phoned yesterday and seeing someone today. It's efficient, staff are nice and doctors are pleasant and understanding. Everything flows well and I'm kept well informed.
Good reception staff

I did prefer the open surgery format but I can't fault the surgery and the access to appointments. I get through to the surgery fairly quickly on the phone, reception staff are good and discuss the situation before getting the right type of help including seeing the paramedic.

I have anxiety and for me the support provided by doctors and the wider staff team has been great and it works very well for me.
Wonderful surgery

Happy with staff, I've not been much but when I have they've all been great. I was able to get my holiday vaccinations done here which were done quickly. I've been so happy with how easy it is to get help and for our daughters ongoing condition it is dealt with well and by phone which is easier than coming down for every little thing.

Happy with how reception handle conversations as they are friendly and easy to talk to. Transport is difficult to arrange when offered on the day appointments and it means I do have to ask neighbours for help. I'm happy with staff and the nurses are lovely. Having phone calls do work for some things and I fully expected that to be offered today but it wasn't, I was given an appointment with a doctor.
