Can't find fault

I really can't find any fault with the surgery /especially considering the pressure they are under. Nurses are wonderful and the doctors are really great including the new doctor. The only thing that would make it better would be if blood tests could be sent to Bury hospital more easily.

It works well and can get appointments quickly. Staff are all very good and very focused on the patient, I've never felt rushed. Econsult works very well to get appointments too.

I arranged my appointment in advance with the reception team as I'm visiting on a regular basis at the moment. I did prefer the open surgery that used to run but I don't use the surgery much and when I have I've been able to get the appointments when I've needed them. I've had good explanations and support from doctors recently which I appreciate.

Staff are all very friendly and answer questions well. I did like the walk in surgery that used to run but the triage process works well to get appointments so there are no problems there.

I'm quite happy here, they're a great surgery. Helpful staff really sort out any issues that come up and getting through on the phone doesn't take long. I have had some problems using econsult but staff were amazing and really helpful trying to sort it all out and appointments have been available when needed.

Get to see the doctors and nurses on time and the availability of appointments is good, I've had no problems getting appointments. I feel well supported and mostly get to see the same GP.

A brilliant and efficient surgery where I get to see the same GP and they have a better understanding of my situation and I really trust what they say. They really listen to what I'm telling them and then discuss the next steps. I like the triage process with the phone call first, it works well and they know what you are coming in for when you arrive. All other staff at the surgery are great too, helpful and friendly.

Appointments are available whenever they are needed and I find the triage element works well, its a good process that means you only come in when necessary. The staff are good and I don't feel that anything here needs to change at all, it's a real benefit that you get to see the same GP most of the time too.

The doctors are great and after talking to them on the phone I've mainly had a follow up face to face appointment, so it's all worked well. Prescriptions and the dispensary staff are always helpful and I've never had an issue getting my medication. A very good surgery overall.

Its fine to arrange appointments on the phone or by coming down to the surgery and I've had telephone calls followed by appointments with my GP about a week later which has worked well for a non urgent issue. The staff are always good and I'm completely happy with everyone I see.
