Always good

Able to get appointments when needed and the staff are always happy and helpful. Bloods can be done here at the surgery and its easy to arrange them in advance of consultant appointments. I have decided to get my medications delivered by post as getting in to the surgery all the time is difficult .

I really like that I see my GP, they are very responsive either by phone or when face to face with them. They always address the issue by phone if they can but will invite me in for an appointment if needed. The staff are very friendly and I really can't fault the surgery, it would however be nice to have a female doctor at the surgery.

I called last week but was told there were no appointments with a GP so spoke to a nurse instead. They felt that the issue wasn't urgent so booked me an appointment to see my GP today. I would prefer the open surgery format as you could just come down and wait to be seen. It would also be nice if patients were told when appointments were running behind, either on the check in screen or in the waiting room.

With the system in place I do get to see the GP but do now have to have the call back from them to then be invited in unlike the open surgery where you just waited your turn to be seen. The continuity offered here is very good and I understand that they are doing their very best.

Always seen us even through covid. I find the triage process works well and I've had no issues getting appointments. The nurses are good and I can get blood tests very quickly here at the surgery. Seeing my own GP is great and I really value this continuity.

Never have to wait long for appointments and the nurses are brilliant, I see them more than the doctor. We're very lucky with this surgery the care is very good and they act quickly when there are concerns. My GP is great and the nurse is very approachable and helpful.

Its relatively quick to get appointments afer the triage part. We had a call back by 10.15 this morning about our child and are now being seen. For adults its a bit different and call backs tend to address most of the issues anyway. It's possibly not quite as quick as the walk in surgery used to be but I'm happy with the care and treatment provided and the good and efficient staff.

The main difficulty is getting an appointment with a GP as the triage process with the call backs means most issues are addressed by phone. There is a brilliant secretary who has been so helpful when the hospital lost my notes and information. The phones aren't too busy either which is good.

I've been able to get appointments through the triage process when needed and although most are with the nurses that is appropriate. I have blood tests on a regular basis and these are quick and easy to arrange too. Econsult also prevents having to come to the surgery unnecessarily and is a good tool to use with quick on the day responses. I do my prescriptions online and never have any issues getting what I need either.

Staff are wonderful, so polite on the phone and they are very quick to sort treatments once seen by a clinician. I do find econsult more difficult as it doesn't ask the right questions and it can be difficult to complete it accurately. It asked me to send a photo but I'm unsure how to do that and I was unable to complete the submission. The dispensary here is excellent too always helpful and have the medication needed. Overall it feels like a relaxed, friendly and approachable surgery.
