Brilliant

Its a brilliant surgery with lovely staff. I'm a regular visitor and I find getting the care and help I need so simple, it really is an amazing surgery.
Econsult works well

A very accomodating surgery, I've just been fitted in for an emergency appointment which was great. I've found that econsult has worked very well when trying to arrange appointments or to get advice. The dispensary staff are so helpful and always make sure I have what I need and the doctors are really good.
Not as easy now

It has changed with the loss of one of the doctors. I don't feel that they are as interested and it's more difficult to get to see a GP rather than another member of the team.
Preferred the open surgery

I did prefer the open surgery and I find getting a face to face appointment more difficult now but I have had call backs when needed and the doctors and nurses are very good and explain things well. My last appointment which was arranged on the day I needed it wasn't with who I was expecting it to be with.
Lovely staff

I called yesterday for an appointment with the nurse and was given one the next day which was amazing. The staff are lovely and I really can't fault the surgery at all.

It's easy to get through on the phone and I've had same day responses when calling or using the econsult service, it works well. The staff are really friendly and I like that the children are seen really quickly if anything is wrong with them.

I think this is a very good surgery, nothing bad to say about them at all. The staff are friendly and the reception staff are very kind and polite. The doctors and nurses I have found to be excellent. The only thing I would change is the check in screen, it can be a bit of a muddle on and sometimes it doesnt work for me.

Do get a phone call even if can't see someone and really it's easy to access appointments and get them when needed. It's great that a female GP ha been recruited again. It would be nice to have some one on the front desk when you come in as it can mean a wait.

Very prompt service. I called at 10am had a call back from a doctor at 11am and was seen at 5pm the same day. When it works like this it gives you confidence in the system and has put my mind at ease. I'm happy to talk on the phone about issues as not everything needs a face to face appointment. I do really like seeing the same GP as they have a better understanding of my history. The care navigators are very pleasant on the phone and the dispensary staff are so helpful and sort any issues out.

All so helpful, I can't complain about anything here, it's all very efficient. The staff are lovely and I find that the telephone chat works really well getting seen quickly. I see the nurses mainly and they are wonderful.
