Staff brilliant

We are newish patients , when we registered it was all very simple and staff advised what to do. We've phoned for appointments and got straight through. The staff are brilliant, so helpful and friendly and we've been very pleased the surgery.
I trust this surgery

If I have any problems I just ring them, they give prompt call backs, I get the consistency of the same GP if I need it. The GP always gives us a phone call first and if they need to see me they ask me to come down to the surgery, which often happens. I do trust this surgery.
Very efficient and well run surgery

They are always on the ball with vaccinations. Medication is always ready at the dispensary on time. Access if you need to see someone is good, the staff are always friendly and helpful an all round efficient and well run surgery.

Getting access to the surgery by phone is good, no problems at all, I can usually get an appointment if I need one. Staff are lovely, its all good.
Doctors call back promptly

This surgery is very good, the staff are always polite and helpful. I have found the doctors to be very good, I cannot fault any of them. They are on time with their appointments, easy access on the phone, and if a call back is requested a doctor does call back promptly.
Easy to get an appointment

I find it is easy access to this surgery, they are very good, I get an appointment as needed, they do ring me back first within 2 hours and if it is decided I am to go in it works for me. Staff are very good, kind attitude. The diabetic nurse is excellent, we have a good laugh, I am very pleased with them all.

I was a little concerned that I wasn't able to get a face to face appointment yesterday but after speaking to reception they arranged for a GP to call me and then they gave me an appointment for the next morning but I haven't been to the surgery for over 5 months.

Friendly staff and very pleased with the surgery it makes such a difference having a flexible system that allows quick and easy appointments. The system in place works well and I've been well monitored and care for.
Lovely staff

I would prefer to be able to see a doctor without having to go through the triage process but I understand why they do it. All the staff are lovely but I do find it difficult to explain why I need an appointment to the care navigators. Nurses are lovely and they really put me at ease.
New doctor very good

I'm still getting used to the triage process but I'm more than happy with doctors and nurses and mostly see the same GP. All very good.
