I injured my shoulder in November 2015. Went to A& E where xray was taken, referred to physio because there was no progress. I was told I'd be referred to the orthopaedics. this didn't happen so I chased and they did refer me. I had an apt to see the consultant but only saw the registrar who didn't really say much. I had a scan after the appointment & I know they will be operating on the shoulder in May but I don't know many details. I'm hoping this will change today

I had a heart attack and was told I would have a scan when I was discharged from hospital but 2 months later and I've not heard from them.

Care has been great over the years. I'm currently waiting to see my consultant which should have been in December but I've phoned and been told there are delays but I'm on the list

I'm visiting today for a pre-med check but come back next week to see the consultant. As I live in Mildenhall it's a lot of travelling and it would be better if the pre-med check could've been done at WSH

Thank you for your comments, I am unable to comment on why your pre med check was carried out at Ipswich without knowing your individual circumstances. I am sorry if caused you an inconvenience.

Following an accident I was referred to orthopaedics. I've had new xrays done and will be coming back in 6 weeks for another checkup and xrays on my shoulder. They have kept patients informed about delays in appointments on tv screens. Cost of car parking is an issue as it's so expensive

Thanks you for taking the time to leave your comments, I hope your shoulder is on its way to a full recovery. I am pleased that information being displayed on the TV screens informing waiting times is of a benefit to patients by keeping them informed of waiting times.
