I went to A & E after ripping my fingernail off. I was seen by them but then referred to Norfolk and Norwich for cosmetic surgery as Ipswich couldn't stitch up the finger. Afterwards they wanted me to go to N & N for physio but I requested Ipswich. They were great and have done a good job.

It is always great to hear when different parts of the NHS work seamlessly together to achieve the best for the patient, whilst taking the patients views into account. I hope your finger is healing and you are back to full health as soon possible.

Parking at the hospital is difficult. Eye clinic - cataract operation recently. all went well. We were told we had missed an appointment but we had never received a letter advising us.

My hernia operation was not done properly. The surgeon stitched my bowel, so I had to have another operation to replace it.

Professional and successful

Internal investigations via nose and anus. In my opinion very successfully carried out. Testing for cancer and ulcers. Previously 3 years ago I had 2 cataract operations - again very professional and successful. I now only need reading glasses, so well done and carry on.
