Always happy and they try to make you feel more relaxed. A & E have longer waits but generally everything has been ok. Was admitted for an operation and it all went well. I was offered language line but I didn't need it.

The waits are quite long sometimes

Orthopaedics

Referral from GP has taken about 8 months but I've had treatment along the way. In between there have been long waits to be seen. Booking appointments was all straightforward. Due to pressure and demand the waits are quite long sometimes

Thank you for leaving your comments regarding the waiting times and I can understand how frustrating this must be. We do try to keep waiting times as short as possible, however due to demand and the treatment that your Doctor has prescribed these can sometimes take longer than expected. Could you please give me a call on 01473 702101 so I can look into this further. Many Thanks Steve Bruce

Automated appt call too late in evening

September 5, 2016
I had an automated call from Ipswich Hospital to tell me the date and time of my next appointment but the call was at 10 pm, after I had gone to bed and it woke me up. Seems unnecessary to be making automated calls so late in the evening.

Pain management service is good

Pain management

A very good service but I have had difficulties with my GP and consultant prescribing medication that don't go well together. Considering the medication I'm on they monitor me well and keep everything under control.
