Has been okay but not brilliant

I have been admitted a few times through mental health and have found that some staff have been really understanding but other staff have looked down at their noses at me. The food is awful, family members have to bring food up because I can't eat what they provide because of having a gluten intolerance.

It was a good service and they helped me out by giving me advice on my eyes and exercises to help make them stronger

Took them a while to get me into surgery but once the appendix actually ruptured they took me straight down and I was home about 4 hours later.

still receiving treatment from them but they have been slow to give me appointments and i waited over 1 hour to see a consultant before. i kept being told things had been delayed due to a consultant having left but i believe this was an excuse for their inefficiency. the consultant was unsure of what treatment to give me which did not give me confidence.

I have been a patient in A&E several times. Staff are friendly and accomodating and try their best to see you as fast as possible whilst maintaining a high level of care.

Very fast. BUT put dissoluble stitches in my lip which were supposed to last 5 - 7 days. I had to pull them out myself 4 weeks later and 1 only came out 7 months later

The experience was very good as I felt that the doctor was performing his job to the best of his ability. However, the facilities seemed outdated and the pharmacy wait was far too long. If more people were hired in the pharmacy it would have been a more efficient experience
