I cannot fault the organisation and clinical care. The system for arranging appointments, recently introduced, works extremely well and should be emulated by other practices. Staff are very friendly and helpful

Orchard House is exemplary-they have it just right. Appointment same day, good team of nurses. If they can be this good why can't the others?

Sometimes if I turn to wait without an appointment it can take up to 2 hours. If I manage to get a routine appointment it is often 20 to 30 minutes late when I get seen
