They are not interested

Concerned that I had Sepsis from a tooth infection (I had the symptoms). Managed to get Antibiotics from the Dentist but after the second round I still felt terrible. Eventually got through to the Surgery to be told to call back at 08.00 the next day. Explained it was ridiculous as I am literally speaking to you now! They sent me an EConsult form. Response was that they were not dentists and if I think I have Sepsis, I should go to A&E!
At this time I also have my annual blood test. I checked online as no one had contacted me to see that the results were abnormal.

Like to see the same GP if possible as they are so supportive and call me back straight away. I'm diabetic and I find it easier as they know all my history so I don't have to go over it all when I see them. My diabetes is well managed and the nurse is lovely and friendly and I like that blood tests are available at the surgery too.

I generally phone the surgery for appointments and this works well to get a call back and then a face to face appointment if needed. The staff are good but I have noticed that routine issues do take a bit more time to get appointments for.

Manage to get appointments following a quick call and issues are addressed. Econsult is quick and easy to get information and its a good option when working to contact the surgery. I like that you get a confirmation email when the submission has gone through. I'm happy to see any of the staff and the nurses are very polite and friendly when you see them. I also like that options for appointments are given so you can plan ahead.

Sometimes it feels like there's additional steps to getting appointments now as you have to speak to someone first but they provide good care and are all very welcoming and helpful.

Its been ok to get appointments when calling and then speaking to a GP, followed by an appointment with the doctor later in the morning. I'm happy to see any of the staff they are all good and have used econsult when the issue suited it.

No issues getting appointments and have had good conversations with doctors on the phone and then an appointment with them later that morning. Staff are good and go through issues well and I use a mix of econsult or the phone depending on the issue.

Friendly and efficient surgery with helpful staff. All very good and I've not had any issues and I'm happy with everything. It's a very good surgery.

Arranged the appointment easily and asked to see the same GP if possible for the continuity and was told that it was possible to do that. The doctor I saw was very good and I'm very happy with the care provided.

Its a local accessible surgery. The doors are very heavy and difficult to open with a mobility scooter but the nurses are exceptional they've been dressing my leg on a daily basis and do a great job. The appointments have all been arranged by the nurses which is great too.
