Absolutely wonderful

The recent retirements have changed things but all staff are great and the care is wonderful. Its really positive that I can call and get seen if needed and the phone consultations work well too. I've even been invited in for an appointment when I didn't really think it was needed. It's always been a very good surgery.

Whenever I use the surgery they are brilliant. I don't often need urgent appointments but I'm quickly dealt with quickly and the staff are really helpful and its all very good.

Appointments may not necessarily be with who you want but they are all very good so it's not a big problem. If I have concerns they are very quick to react. I've seen a physio recently and I'm now having a follow up appointment today. The physio has been lovely and very good.

I've found it very easy to get appointments and its very pleasant when talking to reception staff. The staff are very good .

The nurses offer great diabetic care, and I find that the surgery is well managed and offers great support.

Been here for years and I'm happy to see any of the doctors and call backs have worked really well and then I've been invited in to see someone when appropriate. The friendliness of the staff is great, they do a difficult job but they are always helpful. The only slight issues are the time it can take to get through when calling the surgery and it's a shame that my longstanding GP has recently retired.
Busy when calling

It was busy when calling this morning but I was given a call back with a nuse which came through quickly too and we've been given an appointment for our daughter. We have been attending regularly over the last winter with the children and we have some issues getting seen as have been told just see how it goes but we then have to call up again the next day. I do get the feeling at times they just think you're a worrying mumeven when you've already left it for a few days. Overall though it is a good surgery with great staff.

I have no concerns with the surgery everyone is friendly and polite and happy to answer any questions. I see a mix of doctors and nurses and they are all very good either on the phone or in person, both types of appointment have worked really well. The initial call backs take place in the morning or afternoon depending when I've been told so you have some idea when to expect the call.

I've been able to get appointments by calling the surgery, which hasn't taken long to get through and then I've been given a call back with a doctor to discuss the issue. These calls have been good and I feel that where necessary I've been given an appointment at the surgery later in the day. The staff overall are good and there is nothing that this surgery needs to do differently.

I've been given a rescue pack of antibiotics for an ongoing condition in the past but this time because the normal member of staff is off I've had to come in and have an appointment rather than just being prescribed them when they are needed.
