Spoke to a GP initially and then invited in for an appointment with them and then a physio appointment was arranged for the following day. The phones are busy but it has been quick to get through and arrange the call back and a face to face a few hours later.

I was asked to come to the surgery quickly after contacting them this morning. Reception have been helpful to arrange appointments.

I pop in to the surgery to arrange appointments and this works well. The clinics the nurses run are wonderful. The staff are excellent and its a pleasant surgery where they do what is needed and it all works well for me.

You do have to go through the triage process which I don't particularly like but the care provided by doctors and nurses is good.
Pain not addressed

I do struggle to get my pain issues addressed although they are not dismissed it is hard to get it taken seriously by staff.

I called last week spoke to someone and was given an appointment for today. It's not an urgent issue so waiting a week was absolutely fine.

They have provided wonderful care and support while I was having treatment. the doctors really listen and whenever I needed to speak to someone I had call backs really quickly. It all works so well.

Staff are really on it, they are great and couldn't be nicer. Care Navigators listen well and decide who it is best to see and I feel the system works well to get seen when needed. The clinical staff are also very good and I'm happy to see any one.

Its brilliant as the staff are friendly and they are flexible and accomodating when arranging appointments. Communication is clear when the doctors and nurses are explaining issues and I feel that the phone consultations work well too.
Getting used to the system

It's fine but when I need an appointment a bit later in the day there are no appointments available. The telephone consultations can be booked for more routine issues but I am still getting used to the newish system.
