I waited one hour and seven minutes trying to phone in to make an appointment. I was number 4 in queue for 20 minutes. I eventually had to hang up to go to work.

I like that you can call in and one of the doctors call back. They then sort you out an appointment or prescription-whatever is need. It is a really great practice.

Its difficult to get appointments and you have to wait in for the call back from the GP. Once you do see someone they are very good though. I'd prefer a different system for getting an appointment. Appointments for children aren't bad to get.

I am registered at Ravenswood which is hugely busy. I have no problem with any of the staff or doctors its just that I work and getting through on the phone and then getting an appointment is so time consuming. I would go so far as to say that I can't realistically be seen there. I just ask for a GP Plus appointment.

Awful booking system. Ring up and can be 40th in the queue! Find reception staff very rude too.

Husband was 89th in the queue. He just gave up. Thinking of moving to Derby Road.
Doctor is friendly

My mum makes my appointments. I do need to wait a long time so I read my book. My doctor is friendly and she talks to my mum.

Waiting for the GP can be a problem sometimes. Getting appointments is OK.

I can get appointments when I need them and the doctors are nice and I get to same doctor.
