Poor - 18 month wait for treatment.

Went as had wrist pain. Took nearly 1.5 years to get treatment.
Bad communication with Hospital

GP gave me a referral to Ipswich hospital, and made it sound urgent. 6 weeks later I had not heard anything so I rang the hospital gynaecology and they had no referral information, and said I need to speak to the appointments dept. I called them, and they had no information either. I re-rang my GP and the referral was re-sent in April. I since have found out that the referral had been declined. I rang my GP and they said they did not know it had been declined. The reason the hospital gave me was my age, yet the GP said there is no age restrictions, so I am still waiting.
Unrealistic appointment booking system.

No allowance for working people when booking appointments. Telephone consultation system inadequate. All allocated often by 9.30am.

I can see either of 2 named GPs and I don't have problems getting to see them when I need to

I'd prefer to have a face to face conversation rather than the triage system to discuss issues initially. If you do need to be seen they will see you that day and call you in

They use a triage system which works well and the staff have all been good
Fair - As a diabetic patient why not offer an appt

I phoned needing to see a Nurse Practitioner for my leg, I have diabetes. I did get a call back and an appointment was then offered. Surely the Surgery could recognise that I'm a diabetic patient and simply offer an appointment rather than calling me back to inevitably say yes have an appt.

Frustrating having to explain about my health over and over as I never seem to be able to see the same doctor.
