Incredibly hard to get an appointment

I find it incredibly hard and time consuming to get an appointment. I've needed an appointment for a few weeks now and each time I ring I'm told there are no appointments for that day. This is with me calling at 8am. This has happened to me again this morning 10.04.19. I called at 8.05 and no appointment. You also centre arrange an appointment. With severe headaches and my mental health deteriorating this is very unhelpful and dangerous. I also had a an ear test at the surgery at the end of Nov 18. As of now I still have not received any results coming on to 18 weeks later. I went in to reception a few weeks ago to query what to do if I don't receive my results and they just rudely said they could not help. Waiting this long is causing me a lot of stress. I have to request repeat medications every month and each month im always missing a medication from the lisr. I'm also in need of have my medications changed, increased following a neurology appointment at Ipswich hospital a few weeks ago. Please make it easier to make an appointment. Thank you

Having recently become a full time wheelchair user with some complex needs, I have found the surgery to be excellent and all staff to be very caring and helpful

Long wait on phone, but, once this was over, I was given prompt treatment and follow-up.

I had a letter to contact my doctor following some tests. I called in the afternoon as know the mornings are busy, about three words into the conversation the receptionist talked over me saying 'all our appointments are full' and hung up on me. I called back and got another person and when I complained about being hung up was told 'there is a form you can come in and pick up to complain' then hung up on again.

well my dad had to phone up to make appointment at 8am for my next door and he got hang up and rang again and someone picked up the phone and told him to make a appointment in the morning at 8am which he already did they had no manners and no respect and he try to explain something and they hang up on him
Trying to get a 6 week post natel check

When my baby was 4 weeks old I called in to ask for a 6 week postnatal check..they say cant book in advance have to get the doc to call u in 2 weeks had to fight to get that..doc called asked me to make an app for an hours time i said i cant make it that quick..doc said ok we will call tomorrow..then i had another call to say no appointments for the next day unless i call at 8am what a joke..so i call the next day at 8am number 49 in call queue..to be told no appointments either call bk tomorrow or the doc will call bk in a weeks time to arrange an appointment. Just book me an appointment oh no we run a triage operation system...I don't need triage I'm not sick or got an injury its a appointment for a 6 week post natal check...wonder why u cant get in when the doctors playing receptionists as well as doctors the whole place is a joke receptionists have no idea what they talking about and are just rude most of the time.

Lost letter from 'Pre-op Team' (handed in by Myself) delayed start of Medication. Receptionist who thought Her Position 'Trumped' Hospital Medical Team and refused to listen to or 'Consider' My condition best advice given "Phone on Monday" this was a Friday. They need Training in 'Humanity'.
