I was concerned about the rumour I'd heard about having to go online to get appointments and that being the only way to get appointments with the new system but the staff have clarified the situation and if I'm not online I'll still be able to phone. Once through to the surgery the staff and the care provided are good but getting appointments is challenging.

Happy with the appointment, had a call back from a GP last week that was good and then they offered me an appointment today so its all been good. I was happy with how the discussion went on the phone as I felt well listened to and was then offered an appointment.

I've not had any issues getting appointments its all been very good and there are no long waits on the phone trying to get through to the surgery. Econsult is the other option and that works well too. At a previous surgery I was able to arrange a call back via a message system and that would be great to have as it avoids having appointment unnecessarily. Staff have also been great at giving advice and information.

Get prompt appointments that are proportionate to the issue and staff explain issues very well. Call backs from the doctors are good and I've always felt well listened to and then been offered an appointment with them if needed. I've been able to see my preferred GP and I feel that it is working very well at the moment . I've signed up to use the new Anima system but haven't used it yet. Using the econsult system worked well if I just needed information but seemed to be extra steps if an appointment was needed.

I've had to wait 2 weeks to see a nurse and I've found getting any type of appointment to see someone difficult. I've had telephone consultations which have been ok but I am concerned that when you ask to see someone it's not always possible. Once you do get to see someone the care is very good but access to appointments is frustrating. I'm also concerned about the new housing in the local area and the pressure it will put on the surgery.

It's been quick to arrange a blood test at the surgery and I like that when appointments have been arranged they send a text message to confirm and it has only taken a week. For today's appointment I popped in to the surgery to arrange it which worked well and all staff have been professional and helpful.

Its fine here, I've had no problems and have had a very prompt service. Appointments are fine to get and I get to see or speak to someone whenever needed. Reception staff are helpful and the nurses have given exceptional care.

It is difficult to see a doctor as you get a call back fairly quickly but then have to wait to see them in 2-3 weeks time. This did cause an issue last year and at times it feels like issues are not fully addressed. When waiting for the appointment I've been told to go to A&E if it gets worse.

Struggled

I've found it really difficult to get an appointment around work. There is no way for a call back to be scheduled and my job doesn't allow me to take calls so I need an arranged time to expect the call. Even if it could be first thing or late in the day it would help but I've really struggled to get this issue across to the reception team.

Its a very good surgery, I've had no problems at all with appointments and the staff are friendly and warm.
