Awesome surgery

Never had any problems and get to see the doctors quickly. I really can't praise them enough and the staff have been brilliant both on the phone and in person.

The reception team are great and are able to get you appointments and call backs quickly from a GP. It does feel like a quicker process and a methodical way to support people.

We've had quick call backs form doctors and then get to see a GP quickly too. When calling for one of the children today we spoke to a doctor and were then invited in. I've had referrals done quickly and I felt well listened to when raising concerns. Some of the reception team can be a little short on the phone at times but that's the only slight negative.

It is a fantastic surgery with very efficient and helpful staff. It runs really well and usually get to see the GP quickly. The diabetic nurse is lovely and I see her most for general check ups. There are no unnecessary visits to the surgery as GPs call you back to discuss the issues before inviting you in for an appointment.

Its a fantastic surgery, which is very flexible with appointments and they don't just say you have two minutes. Staff are great, they're very friendly and its a lovely surgery. 100% a great practice.
Can't fault the surgery

They've squeezed me in when I arrived for an appointment a week early, the staff were so accommodating. In the past I haven't felt listened to but today has been great. I do understand that things have to be worked through and doctors have to try different things but I would've like them to take interest a bit sooner.
Ten years on.....

I moved to Lakenheath in 2011 and registered with The Reynard surgery. I worked in Red Lodge so it was an obvious move. My first encounter was when I found I had a low heartrate. The Doctor suggested having an ECG. I expected the appointment to be weeks ahead, but was told to come back in the afternoon!
This is the kind of service that is so rare now, that since I moved to Brandon in 2021, I still use the Reynard as I have complete confidence in all the staff and their facilities.

Care is good

The care is good and staff are helpful and friendly. It would be nice to have a better idea of when a doctor would be calling and if they could open on Saturdays it would be really helpful especially for those who work.
Blood tests fine to get

Getting a blood test appointment at the surgery has been fine and the surgery works well for us. The staff are very friendly and helpful, we're very happy with it.

I tend to use econsult as it's easier to use however on this occasion the system suggested I call the surgery when I was completing it and I've been given an appointment with a GP when I spoke to reception. All in all it works well and staff do their best to explain everything well.
