Left with severe abdominal pain

I have been left with no pain medication as the new doctor that doesn't even know my case has rejected my request for pain meds. Now 111 will not give me any as she has rejected it with no explaining.

All gp’s/nursing staff/receptionist staff, at this surgery are amazing, so patient, so very helpful in every way, nothing is too much trouble. I understand, as I have heard for myself, that there are patients that moan and complain but they should learn to be more tolerant, as the staff do everything within their power to accommodate every patient wherever possible.

GPS thorough don’t rush appoit. Reception staff friendly warm and helpful . Always get an appoit face to face if I need it. Very reassuring as have a few health conditions .
Cannot fault them

I have had 10 years experience with this surgery, I cannot fault them! they offer options to book appointments, no issues at all. Staff are great, kind and polite. The only issue and dont suppose its the surgeries responsibility but public transport links are not good at all, very difficult to actually get there, the alternative is Good Neighbours scheme or a Taxi.
A Helpful surgery

I find this surgery to be helpful, I can get through ok and they are responsive to me, they seem to solve things quickly. I had a prescription that needed to be reviewed, no issues. The staff are very good and bring an atmosphere that is pleasant which is what is appreciated.

Get called in for all covid or flu jabs and the receptionists are really kind when talking to them.

I've always managed to get appointments and usually get to see the same GP. They are doing the best they can.

Parking is great and if there is a problem you get seen. Staff are good at deciding the best course of action and the doctors are great. The queue on the phone is sometimes frustrating but that's not happened recently.

The mental health nurse at the surgery has been good, very supportive which has been needed because when you are referred on all the support is down the line.
A long wait on phone

There is always a long wait on the phone when you ring up. I am 90 years old and when they sense that it might be a more urgent issue they will come out to see me at my home.
