More accommodating

The phone system is now better and they are more accommodating around appointments. Good care is provided and I'm happy to see whoever is available, the only downside is that they haven't always read your notes. The telephone consultations I've had have worked well.

The nurses are kind and care giving enough time when you see them but this can be different to the GPs who are a little more to the point and a bit less personal. I've had issues when notes haven't been fully read so they haven't understood what has been going on.

Appointments are okay may be a bit more of a wait to see a specific person but nothing bad. I do find it difficult to tell the reception team what the reason for the appointment is at times but they do handle the conversations sensitively. The phones can sometimes be a bit busy so there can be a wait but when you get through appointments are available.
Comprehensive review

Registered easily as a new patient and was then invited in for a comprehensive review which I was very pleased with, everything was looked at in detail including the medications I was on. Parking here is great and a real bonus.
Proactive

Appointments are available when needed and they're all pre booked by the nurses. I have a great relationship with the nurse and it's great that I get to see the same person each time, they are really proactive and provide wonderful care.

Very good, helpful and kind. I've had two recent appointments and now seeing the GP after speaking to them on the phone initially. The GP has gone over what is happening well. The only slight issue is the phones being very busy. The system said I was first in line but it took 40 mins for the phone to answered. I found it difficult to cancel an appointment recently as I couldn't get a taxi to take me to the surgery but it took ages for the phone to be answered. To rebook the appointment meant a two week wait for a new blood test. Transport is the difficult bit when you can't arrange taxis at the right time.

GPs have been great and I've been calling to arrange my appointments which I haven't waited long for. The staff have explained everything well and the nurses are good and have such a caring approach.

I came in this morning to self check my BP, handed the results to reception who arranged for me to see a nurse 1/2 hour later. It was all very efficient and I really can't fault the surgery and how quickly they have reacted today. They've all been great.

They are very good and always seem to get you an appointment which have mainly been face to face appointments. The nurse practitioner is very good and is the appropriate person to see. The whole process works very well.

Reception are helpful and if I need an on the day appointment they are available or alternatively I've been able to book appointments in advance. It would be great to have a paediatrician within the surgery as it gives you more confidence when they are dealing with the kids. Staff though are usually good.
