The phones are ok and reception deal with the calls well. I've had a mix of face to face and phone calls and it just depends on the situations which I have. Doctors and nurses are good when discussing issues and have dealt with things well. I only arranged my appointment yesterday and I was able to see the same doctor I saw last week which was great. It would be great if a pharmacy could be up here.

Nice, clean and bright. The phones are sometimes busy but appointments are bookable in about a weeks time although on the day appointments are more difficult to get.

I have no issues here. Even though I was 28th in the queue it was easy to arrange an appointment with reception. In appointments staff go through things well and I don't feel that anything needs to change.

It is incredibly hard to get appointments around work but the reception staff and doctors are very good but I do normally have to wait several days or a week if I want an appointment outside work hours. Once in though the care is very good. There are often long waits for blood tests.

It's great here with good staff. I find the phone very difficult and prefer a face to face appointment and reception staff will always fit me in. They deal with queries well and are helpful and polite. I'm very satisfied with everything they do.

Telephone consultations aren't the best for me as I would prefer a face to face appointment to address things.

A friendly surgery, where I mainly get to see the one doctor. His attitude is great, nothing is too much trouble for him.

I got a quick blood test and then results in 24 hours but then couldn't see a doctor for a discussion for 1.5 weeks which was disappointing but compared to my last surgery I'm very happy here.
Cut off

I've been cut off when calling the surgery after being in the queue for ages. At the end of last year I was unable to get seen on the day, they just asked me to call back the next day.

Never see the same GP, no follow up. Reception staff friendly and hardworking but undermanned, only way to get appt is to turn up in person.
