Wonderful surgery

Feel well listened to, referrals were quick and after care was wonderful following an operation. The nurse phoned to check up on me when I was having chemo and all the staff have been so lovely. There is nothing about this surgery that needs to change.

No problems at all, its quick to get the children seen amd they are the priority, so for the family it works really well. I'm happy to see any of the practitioners as they are all good and all listen to. We feel very well looked after and never feel fobbed off as they act quickly and refer to hospital when needed. We've been well managed by the surgery.
Individual staff are great

Sometimes it is difficult to see a GP and I have been given an appointment with an alternative member of staff but then I had to come back in again to see the doctor so the first appointment was a bit of a wasted appointment. The care though and the individual staff are great but I do feel at times I don't see the best person for the issue.
Doctors and nurses do a great job

I've felt that it has been a bit lacking in face to face appointments although the telephone consultations I've had have worked very well and staff have been very good, the doctors and nurses do a great job. It would be better if you knew where in the queue you were to give a slight indication of the waing time.
Children seen quickly

The only issue is getting through on the phone but once you're through the children are always seen quickly when they are ill.
Quick to get appointments

Appointments have been quickly available when I've needed them. I've been really happy with the way care navigators handle the conversation and arrange appointments to suit the issue. I was low down in the queue on the phone but had no issues getting today's appointment.
A good surgery

Appointments vary depending on need and I've seen someone or spoken to them and all have worked well. There can be lengthy waits on the phone but theres flexibility in the system to allow patients to get the support they need. I've had good conversations with staff and have been very reassured as they acted very quickly and sent me to hospital with suspected sepsis.
Easier now

I've found it easier now to get face to face appointments and have been given a choice of who to see which is good. It can be frustrating waiting to get through on the phone but I have had appointments when needed. The whole surgery always looks clean and tidy too.
Appointments good to get

Appointments are good to get and sometimes its quicker than others. The staff are lovely and the nurse practitioner is amazing.
A good surgery

My daughter has tried and its been a couple of weeks to get an appointment with doctors but I've had no issues and have had a pre arranged appointment with the nurses for my diabetes. I'm happy with the surgery and I feel that they are great at double checking things.
