Attentive staff and doctors are very efficient. All the staff are caring and keen to help, they take a personal and flexible approach to appointments. I either call or visit the surgery to arrange appointments and either work well for me.

There have been no problems getting an appointment today even though I've lost my voice I still managed to get across what was needed and have been given an appointment. The staff here are very good, the only thing that could change is the phone line, it would be good if it gave a rough waiting time of the queue.

Appointments are available on the day and things are easy to arrange. I've been able to choose who I see, medication is dealt with quickly and I like that the website is informative.

I've never had a problem and they do what you need and do it very well. I call for appointments and although it can take time to get through there are always appointments available. Staff are wonderful and I really can't fault the surgery at all.
One week wait

I've waited a week to see a specific GP which I don't think is bad at all. The phones are busy although I was only 4th when I called . It can be frustrating getting through and can almost put you off calling. I use the online prescription ordering which works really well.

It is a very busy surgery and I received a text message today asking patients to cancel their appointments if not urgent as they were understaffed. Its the first time that this has ever happened but it seems a good idea. The phones are busy and you do have to wait a while to get through and appointments don't tend to be on the same day.

The phones are busy, but appointments are available when you do get through. Even if its just a phone call, they will then invite you in if they need to see you. I tend to see the same two members of staff most of the time which means I don't have to repeat my history each time and is much better. Staff are also very supportive.

I use a mix of online and telephone calls to arrange appointments and feel that both options work well and make getting appointments easy.

I've seen nurses and GP's and all have been very good. Appointments generally run to time and I've had no issues getting through to the surgery to arrange appointments. The doctor I've just seen was lovely and reception staff are always so polite when talking to them. When I had problems with medication they very quickly arranged for the prescription to be sent to a different pharmacy. The surgery website is really good and has lots of information available. I'm very impressed with this surgery.

I've recently registered at the surgery and have to say that my expereinces so far have been great and everything has been straight forward and easy to access. The staff have been lovely from booking appointments through to the clinicians I've seen. I've been able to book appointments in advance and see the person most suited. Very happy with the practice.
