It's a very good surgery where the great staff look after you so well. Appointments are absolutely fine to get and I've never had an issue.

When I've called reception staff have booked me an appointment the following day with a GP which was great. I'm happy to see any of the doctors so maybe that makes it easier than if you're asking to see someone specific. The whole team are great.

All the doctors are great but I am worried by the loss of Dr x they were so invested in their patients and if I had the choice of who to see I would always choose them. I've had great experiences with staff acting on information and taking the time to investigate, they reall are wonderful. I've had late evening calls from doctors to update me on test results and then been advised to go straight to hospital, really brilliant.

Its a good surgery I've had no problems at all and can get appointments easily, I would prefer not to tell the care navigator the reason I need the appointment but I do get why they ask.

Both online and phone access works really well to get an easy and quick response and then come in for appointments if they are needed. Staff are very helpful and will do all they can to get you in quickly. For non urgent issues it may be a couple of days wait but urgent issues are dealt with on the day.

When I call to arrange an appointment I've been given appointments by the care navigators after a good conversation about the need for the appointment. It makes sure that I see the right person at the right time. I don't feel that there is anything that needs to change.

I've had no problems getting appointments and econsult works quickly to get the right type of support. The phones are busy but when you get through I've been able to have on the day appointments and I'm happy to see anyone of the team. It all works very well for me.

Simple and easy to access appointments, the surgery do everything very well, I've never had a problem. The staff are amazing and in particular the nurses are very good and have time for you and will always bring in a doctor if needed.

I come in to the surgery mainly to book appointments and that works well. I'm really happy with the surgery although I would like to see one GP more often as I feel that they know and understand what my history is.

Easy to get appointments and staff are friendly and understanding. The process to get appointments works well and its a nice environment with good parking. I feel that staff actually care and I've not felt that at other surgeries. Econsult works well too for ongoing issues and is a good option to have.
