Seeing my own doctor is a problem. I'm always given someone else to see. If you need an appointment they do try to fit you in, but it would be nice to see my own doctor who knows me

Don't normally have trouble getting appointments. Phoned this morning and given an appointment within 2 hours after talking with a GP. They are great with children. I wasn't aware of the online booking; maybe it should be pushed more

Getting to see your own/same doctor is difficult especially with ongoing issues. I had a particular issue recently and staff were brilliant in getting me a referral to the hospital quickly.

A bit hit and miss at times. Midwives have been good; good they are local.
Have had an issue with the phone triage system when I wasn't back by a GP.
Suggestion: Improve the information on the website about GP specialities

The reception staff were very helpful when I had trouble and they made sure I was seen. I've had good support from the GPs recently

Really can't fault the surgery, the only issue is the parking is really not good.
The call back system at times means you have to wait a long time for the call and I've called back to chase it in the past.

Appointments are easy to get, never have a problem. Staff are normally caring
