A great service provided by the clinic. We visit regularly and care has always been good. They are busy but staff are great.

The consultant and staff were very nice. My husband went to see the consultant at the hospital but no follow up letter was sent to us. A basic letter was sent to his doctor about changes to medication that were needed but we got nothing. It would've been helpful to know what else we could do.

I've used many different departments over the years and all have had caring staff who do an amazing job. Their attention to detail and explanations have been excellent.
Cardiology care excellent
Cardiology
August 23, 2018
I was admitted for 6 weeks a few years ago on to the cardiology ward and the care was excellent. Food was good and the aftercare has been good ever since especially when I have my annual checks.
Very pleased with care
BMI
August 23, 2018
After being referred to the consultant for a hip operation I went to the BMI hospital which went really well. I was out of hospital in two days, but additional information about how to get in and out of the car and move about after the operation would have been helpful.
Couldn't have been better
Accident and emergency services

My wife became very unwell and I had to call an ambulance. She was taken straight to hospital and things couldn't have been better. She was assessed and quickly taken onto a ward and saw a doctor very quickly. She was well looked after all the time she was in.
Prescribed wrong dose of medication
G9 / discharge
August 23, 2018
A resident was discharged from hospital and was sent home with a discharge summary that contained a medication error. The prescribed amount was stated as 10 mg, but the dose to be given was 15mg. If this was not picked up the patient could have been under or overdosed. When contacting WSH pharmacy I was told they had sent the wrong discharge summary.
