great in all regards

A great hospital in all regards. Just a shame about the parking costs. The care though has always been good with friendly staff.

Very very caring staff; they work hard. Everything was explained and medication was always given when needed. Really can't fault them. Wonderful

My uncle was at WSH for sometime off and on for 4 months. Nurses were amazing and fantastic and the care was very good. You had to ring up and book an appointment to see the doctor though. The ward he was on was also not specific to his condition even though he had had a stroke and had cancer.

They were brilliant, very supportive and signposted us to all the support agencies in the local area. It really worked well

After being transferred to WSH respiratory ward as there were no more appropriate beds available, going on the ward was a breath of fresh air. Staff were all very friendly, approachable and caring. They were obviously very busy but kind and considerate. The hand over notes from Addenbrookes were very limited and the staff were not aware of many of the complications being experienced but when there was an issue they spoke with family to get a fuller picture. Being given a carers badge was really good and enabled family to help out at meal times

Attended the rheumatology clinic, was diagnosed on the day, received treatment and really wouldn't know I was unwell it's managed so well. The outreach clinic at Stowhealth is excellent and the nurses are great.

Care was good and nurses were busy and on the ball. Food was good, medication was given on time and water was always available. The follow up was goofd and they called to check I was OK at home
