Preferred walk in appointments

The procedures have changed and I did prefer being able to get walk in appointments. I booked this appointment online and had to wait a week for the appointment which wasn't too bad. The staff are lovely and professional and I've been seen very quickly today.

I've been sent here by one of the hospital consultants and I've not had to wait long to be seen. The staff are really friendly and I've never had any issues getting appointments via Swiftqueue. If you're looking for a specific day or time it may take a little longer to get the appointment you want but otherwise it all works fine.

It is a bit frustrating to have to wait 2 weeks for appointments and when you book there isn't normally anything sooner.

It works well to get appointments using Swiftqueue and there are not long waits for them. Staff are friendly and you can see its a busy department, they are always on the go. Getting up from the carpark is difficult with a wheelchair, its up hill and hard work.
Swift and efficient

I find that it is a swift and effcient service normally but today I was quizzed when I came in as I have no paperwork, normally my consultant requests the test weekly but if I try to book online I can't get the appointments the same week. I wasn't showing on the system but staff have been great and have seen me, it would make it easier for staff if issues like this could be ironed out.
10 day wait

I've had to wait 10 days for the appointment but I do find Swiftqueue easy to use to book appointments. Sometimes when you are unwell having to wait 10 days when you just want to get better feels a very long time and can be difficult. I'm happy with the staff they are always great and the service works well and I like that I can see my results through the portal.

I have no issues at all with the system in place, it runs to time and the appointments are available, todays was arranged just a week ago. The staff are very nice and so friendly.
Smooth process

I haven't had an issue booking blood tests ahead of time and if there is an urgent test needed my GP does it so it all works very well. It's a pretty smooth process and if they can they will always fit you in more quickly if they can. The staff are always lovely too.

The staff are great but there can be 4-5 week waits at times when trying to book appointments.

I have appointments at Newmarket hospital and use Swift queue to book appointments and this works well to get appointments quickly. I've had no issues at all and the staff listen and are lovely and friendly.
