Very slick to get appointments online and I've had no problems getting them. The staff are very friendly and understanding of difficulties attending appointments.

The appointment system works well as appointments are available in under a week. The staff are very friendly and helpful whether its on the booking line of the phlebotomists. Over the last couple of years its improved dramatically. Parking here at Newmarket can be tricky now but spaces become free fairly quickly.

The system for getting blood tests works well, occasionally there are waits to be seen when at the clinic but that's okay. The staff have been really good and have even seen me when I've turned up needing an appointment.

I book appointments by phone and have had appointments given to me for the next day or may be in 2 or 3 days so it all works well for me. Staff are good when you see them at the appointment.

Very helpful staff on the phone when arranging appointments, they are really nice. I've been squeezed in after a clinic which was very helpful, staff are really accommodating. Car parking is the only issue. Its a real bonus that blood tests can be done locally.

A ten day wait for a blood test at Sudbury but that is great for me and it works very well. Can't fault staff either.

The staff are great, really lovely when you see them but getting appointments does mean a 2-3 week wait for an appointment at times.

I would prefer the walk in system if possible rather than having to call and arrange appointments but the staff are amazingly helpful when you do call.

I've never had an issue getting appointments, including the next morning here and have even been given a choice of times. I find the system in place much better for booking and when you're here I've been seen quickly by lovely staff.
