Worked ok

It's worked ok to call to arrange appointments with only a one week wait for the appointment which is quicker than it's been before. The staff are marvellous, professional and do a good job.
Friendly and helpful

I booked my appointment 2 months ago as there was nothing available sooner as I had to cancel the original appointment and rebook another one and then I needed to fit it around work. Staff are friendly and helpful and you're in and out really quickly.
Next day appointment

I called the appointment line yesterday and was given a next day appointment which was great. Very impressed.
Difficult around work

3 weeks to book and arrange appointments but the online system although easy to use doesn't have the range of appointments available to help to arrange appointments around work. All the staff I have seen have been wonderful.

Get appointments in about a week and a half either by phone or online and the staff are brilliant, they are so friendly.

Mainly I phone to arrange appointments as I find it easier than using the online system and staff answer quickly and arrange appointments. Its normally very good and I like coming here as its so easy to arrange and then parking is really easy.
No problem at all

I've had no problem at all getting appointments when I've needed them. I really only have a blood test when I have my annual review so waiting a couple of weeks is no hardship and the staff are great.
So quiet in waiting area

There's normally a bit of a wait for an appointment on the online system but it does work well other than that but it is always so quiet in the waiting room when you are here.
Booking works well

The online booking system works well, there's about a 2-3 week wait for appointments but for anything that is urgent the surgery book them. I need to be able to book ahead as I need to arrange transport so it works very well for me and the staff are always so lovely.
Difficulties booking

Both my husband and I needed a blood test but we were unable to arrange to have both tests done at the same time with in the 2-3 week period that we needed to have them in. We've had to do two separate visits to the Sudbury Health Centre instead but each time there have been very few other patients waiting.
