Booking line is busy

I use the online booking system as the phones are quite busy and I can get an appointment in two weeks. Once there staff see you very quickly even before your appointment time, so you are in and then out which is great.

Very kind helpful staff. I forgot my form but they sorted it all out so I could still have my appointment. It would be good if when booking I could combine appointments with my husbands but this hasn't been possible when booking but when we've been here it's so quiet it could've been done at the same time. We now have to do another visit.

The actual service is good when you are there but for Mildenhall it can be a 4 week wait for appointments, there just don't seem to be many available.

My INR is up and down and I couldn't get bloods done quickly enough at Sudbury Health Centre as I needed weekly appointments, so instead my surgery stepped in.
Appointments when needed

I have regular blood tests around my treatment and I'm always fitted in when I need them done and then the results are ready on time so I can have my treatment. Great.
Easy process

It can take about 3 weeks to get an appointment when arranging the appointment online but it's an easy process to arrange appointments and anything urgent is done by the surgery. I have the test done every three months so is easy enough to plan ahead.

There are 2-3 week wait for a blood test at Sudbury but staff are all ever so nice.

The online booking process is very easy to use to arrange the appointment and the text message was great as a reminder to keep. It was a quick and simple process to use.

It is a busy department but appointments are available to book online with in a couple of weeks which isn't too bad at all.

Really like being able to book online and can normally arrange an appointment in good time so it all works well. Staff are always friendly and put you at ease too.
