Its a perfect service able to get an appointment when needed and booking online works well, once you get to know the system.

To get an appointment at Mildenhall Hub is a wait of 3 weeks regularly now. It's not a big issue for me but when I need to arrange an appointment more urgently its more of an issue.

There are longer waits now to get a blood test appointment especially if you try to book online. Its now more often than not a 3 week wait.

Trying to get a blood test at Sudbury health centre often means a 3 week wait. There has been a slight improvement lately as there has been the odd slot earlier than that. Staff are great but it is very busy.

I really like that you now have to book your appointment for a blood test as you don't have to wait around for very long. The phones on the booking line are very busy and I've waited 10 days for an appointment that suited me but as there was no urgency it's all worked very well.

I much prefer the new system in place for blood tests, its much more convenient and allows you to virtually go in and come out minutes later rather than having to wait your turn.
