A busy department but I've been able to get appointments online with in a couple of days which was great. Staff are great but you can see they are very busy.

Get results quickly and I'm informed of any changes to my medication which works really well. Getting appointments is fine and there are no problems.

It would be great if more could be done at my GP practice but as it is limited I tend to go to Newmarket hospital as its an easy run and there is free parking rather than at West Suffolk Hospital. The staff are good and its a good service.

I call to book appointments but do have to wait 2-3 weeks for an appointment. It's a good service and staff are lovely it's just the wait for appointments thats the issue

I've had to wait three weeks to get an appointment at the hospital which means you then have to pay for parking. It would be more convenient to be able to get bloods taken at the surgery more easily.

The actual service is good and appointments aren't too bad to get but the cost of getting to the hospital is £12 per time which gets expensive when I need to come more regularly. At times appointments can run behind but on other occasions I've been seen immediately.

The service is fairly good at the moment but going to the hospital is costly. There's normally a good choice of days and times available and the staff are good. Having early evening appointments have been good and have helped to fit around work.

Have to call now to book blood tests at the hospital and I've had to wait 3 weeks which is a bit worrying.

When booking online there was a three week wait for an appointment. It was over Christmas so it was understandable and other than that it all went smoothly and the staff member was very proficient.
