Everyone very pleasant. Saw the locum GP - very kind and thorough. Approachable Would not hesitate to see them again

Overall the quality of care is good but it is just hard sometimes to get that care. Sometimes it is hard to get an appointment and sometimes it is fine.

I hate the appointment system here. Having to call close to 8am and put in a waiting line on the phone. It takes ages then you do not always get an appointment. Very frustrating.

As I have a dual sensory loss, I appreciate that this surgery will do home visits.

This surgery works well for me being elderly. If I need a home visit, I can get one and that is not always the case with the surgeries in the area, so I feel lucky.

Had a really bad asthma attack - spoke to nurses who told me to come down and they would fit me in etc
