My appointment was at 6:15 with the Physio. I had to wait a short while- I rely on public transport and finally got home at about 8:45pm. I had a long wait at the bus station. I now have exercises and another appointment for Tuesday 15th March.

Cardiology

I was taken in to hospital with chest pains following a 999 call. I tried 'phoning 111, got through but waited 2 hours for an ambulance. The 'phoned 999 - ambulance and paramedics immediately responded. A & E excellent, cardiac unit excellent, 999 excellent, 111 very poor.

Toilet problem, long wait.

The toilet wasn't great today. I was seen at 1015 but since then I've been waiting. The care so far from the nurse I've seen has been great. I came here because I knew my GP wouldn't see me and I'd be sent here.

Need extended service for MS patients

Most visits to A & E are for the children and are quite often borderline whether we need A & E or not but staff are all very good and understanding.

Visited A & E and was seen within 2.5 hours. Really great treatment by all staff, kept me informed. Have been back for clinical appointments and have had very prompt treatment and referrals for scan. The Consultant booked an MRI for me an hour later which was great and saved me coming back another day.
