Generally happy with care

Have had a difficult time getting through to the department at the hospital. They only have a small window in which you can call, so I had to call an emergency number and they are sorting it out.

Paediatric consultant has been excellent. Care has been amazing and quick. All information has been given. Son needed a sleep study but this aren't available as the post is vacant, however they have arranged for it to be done at home. Really are great.

surgeon listened, looked at scan, talked with patient and changed extent of operation on day of surgery.

I was in for a week and they changed two of my tablets, which I was already taking, but they upped the dosage. I already have had to stop one of them as it was making my heart beat far too slow. I do feel like I am being moved from Pillar to Post at the moment and between the Hospital and GP they are just 'guessing'

Staff are very lovely but could communicate waiting times to us as the patients better. It is annoying just not knowing, and an hour later you just get fed up. When you know, at least you can go for a wonder or to get a refreshment.

This was much faster than I thought it would be. I was seen by the triage nurse quickly and I was given a tetanus injection and told to see the GP or Nurse Practitioner in 10 days.

The service is a very caring and helpful one. They call me at home regularly to check up on me, which I feel it going above and beyond what you'd expect. I am very grateful for it.

I had a scan all over. It was an excellent appointment experience. I had a 4 week wait for it and I felt that was acceptable.
